30 Day Thanksgiving Challenge: A Gratitude Journal

$7.99

Have you ever noticed how often gratitude journaling focuses attention on ourselves? Our thanks to God revolves around our family, our friends, our community, our possessions, our faith.

There nothing wrong with this, per se. But for me, sometimes, thanking God is an afterthought when I’m looking at my life and enjoying a deep self-examination.

I’m also inclined to skim over things for which I am NOT feeling thankful, and to shine an artificially bright light on the most pleasant things. It’s just not natural to thank God for anything uncomfortable or challenging to my faith.

So I went looking for another way to give thanks.

Want to try a different kind of gratitude journaling with me? Let’s look in the Bible and see what riches of thanksgiving God’s own Word will produce in our heart and soul and mind.
